A touch-screen universal benchtop centrifuge for research and biotechnology laboratories that switch between microtubes, conical tubes, bottles and microplates on one machine.
The brushless motor reaches 20,000 rpm (31,360 × g). The touch screen stores 50 programs, and the machine recognises the fitted rotor automatically. Ten heads are available, including swing-out rotors for 15 ml tubes and a two-plate microplate carrier. It is sold without a rotor.
