A light, portable K-type thermocouple thermometer for high temperatures in plastics and metal processing, automotive and machining and other industrial work. It reads from −40 to +1000 °C with 1 °C resolution and ±1 % ±1 digit accuracy (plus probe accuracy) on a high-contrast 3½ digit LCD, and works with any NiCr-Ni (type K) probe.
Compact 94 × 41 × 31 mm housing for an ambient of 0 to +50 °C. Runs on a 9 V battery (IEC 6F22) with automatic low-battery indication.
